Loadline is an app for organizing your training week, keeping session records, and reviewing how physical activity is distributed over time. It allows users to structure different types of training, save session parameters, and review their history through a clear and organized interface.
The main screen provides a summary of the current training plan. Users can view a general indicator, a brief explanation, and information about how scheduled sessions are distributed throughout the week. This makes it easy to review the current structure without opening each individual record.
A dedicated section allows users to create a typical training week. First, a primary activity type can be selected: Run, Ride, Gym, or Football. Each day of the week can then be assigned a specific level. The Rest, Easy, Steady, and Hard options provide a simple way to create a schedule with different intensity levels.
The weekly plan is displayed in a compact table. Days from Monday through Sunday appear in sequence, with the selected mode shown directly in the corresponding row. Once configured, this structure can be used as a base for organizing and recording upcoming sessions.
In Loadline, each training session can include detailed information. The session page displays the date, activity type, training name, and individual stages. For a running session, for example, users can record a warm-up, main intervals, pace, recovery periods, and the final part of the session.
Duration, effort level, and a calculated load indicator are also displayed. This keeps the main parameters of each session together in one place. The Note field can be used to add short comments related to a completed training session.
Existing records can be edited whenever session parameters need to be adjusted or completed. Records that are no longer required can also be deleted. These functions help keep the training history organized as new activities are added.
The Trends section is designed for reviewing history and summarized information. A graph shows how indicators change across several weeks and helps users view the distribution of different activity types. Available time periods make it easier to review information accumulated over time.
Loadline also provides a summary of the current week. Separate information blocks display the total recorded volume and other general data related to saved sessions. Information is organized using numerical values, graphs, and short explanations for convenient viewing.
The Where the Load Went section shows how recorded sessions are distributed across different categories. Run, Football, Gym, and other activity types are displayed separately, allowing users to review the structure of their weekly records and see how saved sessions are distributed.
The interface is organized around cards, weekly layouts, graphs, and numerical indicators. Information is divided into logical blocks so that important session parameters can be reviewed without complicated navigation. Visual indicators also help distinguish between activity types and intensity levels.
Loadline combines weekly planning, Run, Ride, Gym, and Football activities, Rest, Easy, Steady, and Hard levels, detailed session records, notes, history, and trend visualization. The app provides a structured environment for organizing training information, working with a personal schedule, and reviewing saved data from a single mobile interface.
