This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Locker is a cross-platform vault that helps users secure sensitive data such as logins and passwords, secret notes, payment cards, and online identities.
By Kelvin Ooi
Security and privacy editor
Locker is for keeping sensitive information in one place rather than storing each detail separately. The listing names website logins and passwords, private notes, payment cards and online identity details.
It may suit someone who wants a single store for both sign-in information and other details they need to keep private. The master password is used to decrypt the vault, so access to the saved information depends on that password.
When an item is added, changed or removed on one device, Locker says it will sync that change to the user's other devices. The listing describes this as cross-platform syncing, but does not name the supported platforms or explain whether an account is needed to set it up.
The mobile app also has an offline mode, so saved information can be accessed without an internet connection. The listing limits this feature to Locker's mobile app; it does not say that offline access is available on other platforms.
Locker offers password autofill, which can enter saved login details during sign-in. The listing does not specify which apps, browsers or websites support autofill.
Its built-in authenticator provides time-based one-time codes for accounts that use two-factor authentication. Those codes are an additional sign-in step; the listing does not explain how codes are transferred or backed up when changing devices.
Saved items can also be shared. The description does not say which item types can be shared, who can receive them, or whether sharing requires an account.
The developer says vault data is encrypted using AES-256, PBKDF2 and RSA, and that the master password is the only key for decrypting it. The listing also describes the service as end-to-end encrypted and zero-knowledge, and says its source code is open for inspection. These are the developer's stated security details, not an independent assessment.
The supplied Play listing shows no price and does not describe a subscription or paid unlock. It also does not say whether the app contains ads, requires an account, or places limits on free use. No free-tier exclusions are listed.
The build we hold is Locker Password Manager 2.14 (APKS split bundle) for Android 8.0 and up.
