The LogMeIn Resolve mobile app by GoTo allows support agents to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your device.
How to use:
1. Install the app
2. Launch the app
3. Enter the Support Key given to you by your support agent
4. Allow your trusted support agent to connect to your device
Features:
• Chat with your support agent
• Share your screen live with your support agent
LogMeIn Resolve uses Accessibility service in order to provide full remote control of this device during a LogMeIn Resolve session. LogMeIn Resolve does not track or control any action or behaviour through this service outside of a LogMeIn Resolve session.
What's new
• Screen blanking for unattended sessions: your technician can darken the device's screen while working remotely, so people nearby can't see what's being done.
• Compatibility improvements for newer Android devices.
• Bug fixes and stability improvements.
