M-Space

What M-Space is for

M-Space is a communication app for Monash University. Its purpose is to keep people connected to the Monash community with university news, announcements and updates.

The developer describes it as an approved communication app for the university, and it is listed under Monash University's name.

Reading university news and announcements

The app gathers university news, announcements and important updates in one place. According to the listing, that single location is the main way it keeps people informed.

Push alerts from the international campus network

Push notifications deliver real-time alerts from Monash's international campus network. They have to be enabled in the app before any alerts arrive.

Because the alerts are pushed as they happen, a person does not need to open the app to see a new announcement. The listing says the notifications are meant to keep people informed wherever they are.

Who the app suits

M-Space is aimed at people in the Monash community who want to follow university news and announcements, including those linked to the international campus network. The listing presents it as a way to stay engaged with the university from any location.
