Mi Carpeta Ciudadana is an app from Spain's State Agency for Digital Administration. It brings together your personal information and the procedures you have carried out with various public administrations.
You sign in with Cl@ve, the login used by most Spanish public digital services. Once signed in, the app is meant for anyone who regularly deals with Spanish public bodies and wants their records and open matters in one place.
The build we hold is Mi carpeta Ciudadana 2.1.11 (APKS split bundle) for Android 11 and up.

The home screen shows alerts and the number of electronic notifications waiting for you. It links to the General Point for Notifications (DEHú), where you read them.
A personal summary card can be customised with the data you choose. It also lists a digest of notifications and scheduled appointments, along with shortcuts to the services and documents you opened most recently.
The calendar tracks pending procedures such as ID expiry, electronic certificates, passports, driving licences and MoT tests. It also records past and upcoming appointments at police document offices, immigration offices, registration offices, government delegations and civil registries.
In the settings you add an email address and mobile number, then choose how far ahead each calendar alerts you, for example 15 days or one month before. The developer says more organisations will be added gradually.
My Data pulls personal details held by state, regional and local administrations. These include birth certificates, social benefits such as maternity, paternity, retirement and minimum living allowance, property details, driving licence points, vehicles, academic qualifications, criminal records, large family and disability status, residence registrations, dependency degree and employment history.
Where the competent body has approved it, records can be downloaded as PDF or QR code to a device wallet. My Documents keeps the supporting paperwork generated from My Data, and each document can be shared through a link or deleted at any time.
My Files shows your open cases with public administrations. The developer lists connections to most General State Administration agencies, 11 Autonomous Communities and several local entities.
The Services section lets you submit a registration to the General Electronic Registry and check your powers of attorney. It also includes a search for other public apps you may need.
