The End of the World Can't Stop the Cuteness! A Squishy Superpower Idle RPG
By Mei-Lin Chua
Contributing editor, apps and storefronts
Mochi Burst puts you in command after alien lifeforms called the Devourers invade Earth. Conventional weapons have failed, so the defence rests with superpowered students at Lumina Academy in Astra City, the last human stronghold.
The game is built around recruiting those students and fielding them in battle. The listing describes it as a story-driven idle RPG with a comedic, character-led tone, aimed at players who want a light, heartwarming story alongside their squad management.
The build we hold is Mochi Burst 1.0.7 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.1 and up.

Students range from natural-born prodigies to people who gained their powers in unusual circumstances. Each has her own abilities, personality and backstory. The listing names Chloa, Ruby, Kaede, Ceres and Karin as characters you can meet.
You assemble these students into a squad and send it into fights against the Devourers. The choice of who fights alongside whom is the main decision the game asks of you.
The students keep fighting when you stop playing. Even while offline, they battle the Devourers, collect resources and grow stronger. The listing says this is meant for players who are too busy to play often.
Because progress builds without you present, you return to find resources gathered and students advanced, and you can spend that time on squad decisions.
Eden Weapons are the gear that combines with student abilities. You mix and match each student's abilities with these weapons to shape the squad.
The listing presents this pairing as the way to build a squad strong enough to win every battle. Weapon and student choices together determine how each fight plays out.
