What the app records and who it is for

Money Manager Expense & Budget is a personal finance app for logging money coming in and going out of personal and business accounts. The listing describes it as an expense tracker and budget planner that also reviews daily, weekly and monthly figures.

Entries are kept in a double entry bookkeeping system. A logged expense is drawn from the chosen asset account, and a logged income is deposited into one. The listing presents this as the way asset balances stay accurate without separate adjustments.

Budgets, charts and monthly spending statistics

Budgets appear as a graph set against actual expenses, so the gap between planned and spent money is visible at a glance. Excel backups and editing from a PC over Wi-Fi

Backups are saved as Excel files, which can be viewed and used to restore the data. A PC on the same Wi-Fi network can open the app's records, where they can be edited and sorted by date, category or account group. Account movements can also be viewed as graphs on the PC.
