What Monoposto is and who it suits
Monoposto is a racing game that puts you in an open-wheel single-seater. It is set in a 2026 season with 34 tracks to race on. Its focus is the car itself: the game asks you to balance speed against the other things that affect a lap, rather than to just floor the throttle.
The game suits players who want competitive racing with a bit of planning in it, from a quick session on one track to a full championship run. Anyone who wants to tune a car and then see how that tuning plays out over a season will find the setup side useful.
Choosing a race format and season
Monoposto offers three ways to race: quick race, single race and championship. A quick race is for a short session without commitment, while the championship runs through the 2026 season. Single races let you pick one event at a time.
For head-to-head play, the online multiplayer duel pits you against another player in a one-on-one race. Races can include up to 24 cars, so the grid can be crowded when you want it to be.
Qualifying, pit stops and car repair
Qualifying sets your starting position on the grid, and you can make a pit stop during qualifying as well as during the race itself. That gives you a second chance to adjust the car between laps.
At the pit box you can repair the car. Combined with pit stops in both qualifying and the race, this means damage and wear are part of how you plan each session rather than something you ignore until the end.
Setting up your car and driver
You can customize the cars and drivers, and choose which driver you run. This is the part of the game where you shape the car and the person behind the wheel to suit how you race.
The game also includes adjustable driving options, so you can change how the car handles and how the controls respond to your style.
Camera views and the spectator TV view
Monoposto has eight camera views, so you can switch between cockpit-style and wider angles depending on what you need to see. The listing does not specify what each view shows, so the choice is yours to test.
A spectator TV mode gives a broadcast-style view of the race, useful when you want to watch the field rather than drive it.
