My Vodafone Prepaid is Vodafone's app for customers on a prepaid mobile line. It brings the account side of that line into one place: remaining data and minutes, the balance, the current plan and the ways to add credit. The developer lists the interface in Spanish, French, English, Chinese, Korean, Urdu and Arabic.
It suits anyone on a Vodafone prepaid line who wants to check usage, keep credit topped up and change plans from their phone.
The app shows data and minutes used and remaining, and the developer says these update in real time. The balance is listed as updating instantly, so a top-up or a charge is reflected straight away.
Roaming use can be followed while abroad, which helps when checking how much of a trip's usage has been consumed.
Each line shows its current plan name, status and expiry date. From the same place, the developer lists early renewal and switching to another plan.
Plan suggestions are generated from the line's recent usage, so the options shown are tied to what the line has actually used.
Credit is added to the balance from inside the app. The payment methods listed are card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AliPay.
Top-ups take effect instantly, according to the developer, so the balance can be used without waiting for a separate confirmation step.
Notifications cover low balance, benefits about to expire and plan renewal reminders. They also confirm top-ups and plan changes, and the developer says they can carry news and promotions.
Support runs through TOBi, a virtual assistant that is available around the clock. It can also be reached on WhatsApp at 607 100 100.
