My Work is for workforce tasks handled by employees, managers, and practitioners at organizations that use ADP Workforce Manager. Employees can use it for their shifts and time, while managers and practitioners get tools for attendance and timecards.
The app covers routine work that may need attention outside a desk: recording work hours, checking schedules, reviewing attendance, and handling timecards. It is not presented as a general-purpose work chat or payroll app.
Employees can clock in and out, check their schedules, and request a shift swap. These tools are for recording work time and keeping track of when a shift is scheduled.
Time-off requests can also be sent through the app. The listing does not explain how a swap or leave request is approved, or whether employees can edit a schedule themselves.
Managers can check attendance, update schedules, approve timecards, and keep an eye on overtime. That gives them a way to handle staffing and review recorded hours without relying only on an office computer.
Practitioners can review and process timecards remotely as part of the payroll process. The listing describes timecard work, but does not say that the app runs payroll itself.
This app is limited to employees of organizations that use ADP Workforce Manager. Signing in requires an ADP username and password, so it is not described as a standalone tool for anyone to use.
The listing does not give subscription or pricing terms, or explain whether every feature is available to every account. It also does not describe a free tier or an option to use the app without an employer's ADP Workforce Manager access.
