What the Myprotein app is for
The Myprotein app is the mobile store for Myprotein, a sports nutrition brand run by THG (The Hut Group). It sells protein and other supplements, wellness products and training clothing. The listing describes the brand as the UK's number one in sports nutrition, and the store page shows a 4.7 average from 97,626 ratings.
It suits people who already buy protein powder or supplements regularly and want to reorder, track parcels and hear about sales without using a browser. Its deal features are aimed at shoppers who wait for discounts or new flavour launches.
Checkout and payment options
The app offers Apple Pay and other one-step payment methods, so an order can be placed without typing card details each time. The listing presents this as a faster route through checkout.
The catalogue covers the full Myprotein range, including the supplements, wellness essentials and activewear that the brand sells in the UK.
Tracking deliveries and managing returns
Each order shows its delivery status in the app. Returns can also be started from the app rather than by contacting the store separately.
This is useful for anyone with several orders in transit, since the order history is kept in the same place as the shopping.
Early access, flash sales and deal alerts
App users get first access to new product drops, restocks and flash sales. The listing names Black Friday and Cyber Monday as part of this early access.
Exclusive offers apply to supplements and activewear. Instant notifications flag deals as they go live, and the listing says app shoppers can be first to try new flavours and ranges.
Getting help from customer service
The app links to the Myprotein customer service team, which the listing says is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with instant help.
Support questions about an order can be raised alongside the order tracking and returns features.
