The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Plan your meals, keep your food budget in view, and know what to buy.

NeatEat is a meal and recipe planner. You choose a supermarket and a weekly budget, and it assembles a week of everyday meals with a shopping list priced to match.
It suits people who want their food spending visible while they plan, and who already collect recipes from websites or social media. The six listed features sit under NeatEat Premium, which is a subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase, and payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the current billing period ends, through your Google Play subscriptions.
The build we hold is NeatEat: Meal & Recipe Planner 3.1.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The weekly plan is shaped by your food budget, so the meals it suggests are the ones that fit the total you set. The shopping list is generated from those meals and merges duplicate ingredients, so an onion used in three recipes appears once.
The fridge scan suggests meals using what is already in your kitchen. It is aimed at cutting down on buying ingredients you have at home.
You can import recipes from websites and from social media posts, then sort them into cookbooks. This keeps recipes you have found elsewhere in the same place as the weekly plans.
Imported recipes can feed into the planner, so a dish you saved can be placed in a week alongside the app's own suggestions.
Your eating preferences, allergy settings and the kitchen appliances you own are all taken into account when the plan is built. Nutrition information is available for each meal, and you can adjust meals to suit what you want to eat.
