NoBrokerHood:Smart Society App is built for residents of housing societies and apartment complexes. It puts gate entry, visitor passes, household staff, society dues and emergency contact in one app. Residents use it to deal with the building without going to the office or the security desk.
The listing describes three areas: security, day-to-day services and billing. Each one is covered in the sections below.
The build we hold is NoBrokerHood:Smart Society App 3.5.97 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

Staff and daily help can be registered for face recognition entry, so they are identified at the gate without a card or a call to the flat. Visitors, cabs and deliveries get passcodes that the resident issues ahead of time. The app also sends overstay alerts when someone stays longer than expected.
The listing says the app connects to Arogya Setu, the government health service, for added safety at the gate. It gives no further detail on how that connection works.
Residents can mark attendance for house help, read reviews of them and make payments from the app. The same screen lets residents call the guards directly, which the listing treats as part of the society maintenance software.
For emergencies, the SOS feature sends alerts for medical problems and for fire or gas leaks. The listing does not say who receives these alerts beyond the society.
Bills and dues reminders arrive in the app, and residents can pay maintenance, rent and utility bills from it. The listing says payments earn rewards, though it does not describe how those rewards work.
Each payment produces a digital maintenance receipt, which the listing presents as the record of what was paid.
The app lists home services that residents can book, including cleaning, painting, renovation, and packers and movers. Bookings are made in the same app used for gate entry and bills, so a resident can arrange work on the flat without leaving it.
