What kind of game Obby Keyboard is

Obby Keyboard: +1 Speed is an obby, the short name for an obstacle course platformer. You run through courses by tapping the keyboard, and the game is built around reflexes and speed rather than story.

The developer describes it as an action game for players who like fast runners and arcade-style challenges. Each session is short, which suits quick play.

Building speed by tapping the keyboard

Every tap raises your speed by +1, so the core skill is how quickly and accurately you can press the keys. A mistake costs ground, and the listing says a wrong move leaves you behind the other runners.

The controls are simple to pick up. The developer says they still demand precision to master, which is where most of the challenge sits.

Obstacles, traps and moving platforms

Courses include tricky obstacles, dynamic platforms and traps. The developer presents these as tests of gaming skill and survival instincts, so the obstacles are the main thing you have to get past at speed.

Because the platforms move, you have to time your taps against the course rather than running at a fixed pace.

Endless runs, upgrades and the global leaderboard

The game has no fixed end. You keep trying to beat your own speed records and unlock upgrades as you go.

Your results are placed on a global leaderboard, so you can see how your best speeds compare with other players.
