Over The Bridge PRO is a paid arcade game for Android in which you control a ninja crossing a series of platforms. You touch the screen to extend a bridge across a gap, let go to stop building and cross, and keep going as the platforms get harder. The price is 1.99, and the listing states there are no in-app purchases.
The listing frames each run around one question: how far the ninja can travel before falling. It is rated for 3+ and sits in the Action category.
Holding a finger on the screen grows the bridge, and releasing stops the build and sends the ninja across. Falling off ends the run, and the goal is the longest distance.
Five difficulty modes range from Easy to Brutal, with a Shaky mode among them. Each one changes how the platforms are arranged, so the same bridge-building controls apply throughout.
Casual mode and SKILL mode are the two play styles. In SKILL mode, landing on the red target earns extra points, and SKILL mode is the route the listing gives to the global leaderboard.
The global leaderboard ranks the top 20 players, so a score is compared against other people's results rather than only against your own previous runs.
Local multiplayer lets friends and family compete on a single device, so people can take turns without any online account or connection. Scores from your best runs can be shared with friends.
The ninja character can be personalized with colors and styles. Offline play means the whole game runs without internet or Wi-Fi, so it can be played anywhere.
