Package Disabler is a bloatware remover for Android. According to the developer, it turns off preinstalled system apps and packages instead of uninstalling them, which is useful because the listing says most of these apps cannot be removed through ordinary settings.
The developer describes the underlying method as the standard ADB approach, normally run from a desktop computer with terminal commands. The app moves that workflow onto the phone itself, so no computer is needed.
Setup is a short guided wizard. You enable Developer options, turn on Wireless debugging, and then pair the app using the 6-digit code shown in the notification panel. The listing describes these three steps as the whole initial connection.
After pairing, the device authorization is saved. The listing says you can reconnect later from a Quick Settings tile, without repeating the full pairing.
Each change is a switch you flip for a given package. The developer says disabling leaves the system partition untouched and that turning the switch back restores the app straight away. The listing presents this as the reason changes are reversible.
The developer names three things disabling is meant to recover: storage, battery life and RAM. These are the resources the listing says idle preinstalled apps can use through background services and device wake-ups.
