Six Kegel exercise programs with different goals
Video games built into each Kegel workout
On-screen view of your contractions during exercises
Levels that unlock as you progress through workouts
Needs the Perifit Kegel exerciser to function

What the Perifit Care app is for

Perifit Care is a companion app for pelvic floor exercises. It pairs with the Perifit Kegel exerciser, a separate device, and uses that device to measure your pelvic floor muscle contractions while you train.

The listing says the program was developed with pelvic floor specialists and aims at people at different life stages. It also describes strength training routines alongside the Kegel work.

Pairing the app with the Perifit exerciser

The listing states that the app will only work properly with the Perifit Kegel exerciser. Without that device, the exercises and tracking described here are not available.

The developer's website, perifit.co, is linked in the listing for more information about the hardware.

Kegel programs and video games

The app offers six Kegel exercise programs, each described as different, so a person can choose one that matches their goal. Each program is paired with video games, so the squeezes and releases are played out as game actions on screen.

The listing presents the games as the main way to keep sessions engaging, and it describes working through the programs as a way to level up over time.

Seeing contractions and tracking progress

During a session, the app displays your contractions visually, so you can see the effect of each one as it happens. The listing describes this as a way to make the exercises easier to follow.

Progress is logged in the app so you can monitor how your workouts change over time. Levels give a structured path through the programs as you complete them.
