PeYa Rider: Deliver with PeYa

What PeYa Rider is for

PeYa Rider is the app that PedidosYa uses for its delivery riders. It is for people who want to deliver food and other orders for the PedidosYa platform and be paid for each order they complete.

The listing presents it mainly as a way to earn with flexible hours. Riders choose their own shifts, so the app suits people who can work around other commitments and want to move around their city while they work.

Signing up and choosing shifts

To become a rider, the listing tells prospective couriers to search for the app under the name Repartosya, register, and follow the steps shown. Once registration is complete, the rider selects shifts and starts delivering.

Shift selection is the main way the app fits into a schedule. Riders pick the times that match their availability, so their working hours are set by which shifts they take.

Accepting orders and tracking deliveries

Within the app, riders accept orders and follow each delivery from start to finish. The listing gives this as the core task of the app, alongside shift selection.

The listing also says the app includes more functions than the ones it names, but it does not list them.

Earnings, payments and tips

Riders are paid for each order they deliver. The app includes a section for reviewing payment information, so riders can check what they have earned.

Tips are a separate part of pay. The listing states that the full tip amount goes to the rider.

Getting help while on a shift

Riders can ask for help from within the app. The listing does not describe how help requests are handled or who answers them.
