The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Phone Case DIY: ASMR Mobile is a coloring game where the goal is to design a phone cover. It suits people who want a low-pressure creative activity with sound built in. The core loop is picking or starting a case design, coloring it, and then decorating it.
Each part of that loop has its own tools, described in the sections below. Most of the play is painting and decorating, and the sound effects run alongside it.
The build we hold is Phone Case DIY: ASMR Mobile 1.0.9 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The developer lists hundreds of trendy templates to start from. You can also skip them and begin with a blank cover. Coloring is done by dipping, spraying or painting the surface.
Templates suit anyone who wants a starting layout, and a blank cover suits people who want to draw their own look from nothing. Both routes lead to the same decorating step.
After painting, the decor step adds stickers from a large collection. The developer names anime characters and pop-culture doodles as examples. You place and arrange them on the cover to customize it.
3D charms are also listed as decoration. They give a finished case a raised, added-on look. Stickers and charms can be combined on the same cover.
The app plays sounds tied to the actions in the game. The listed sounds include scraping off old glue, spraying neon paint, popping fidget toys and peeling off protective layers. The developer describes these as realistic.
The sounds are the part of the game meant for relaxation. The developer presents the app as an escape after a long day, so the audio is the main reason to play alongside the design work.
