Batch photo resizer: resolution changer, file size reducer, photo size editor
By Trang Nguyen

Photo & Picture Resizer is an image resizer for Android that makes a photo smaller, either by reducing its resolution or its file size. It is built around one task, and the listing describes it as a quick way to downsize a picture before you send it.
The listing names text messages, email, web forms and social posting as the main uses. Anyone who often finds a photo too large to attach or upload will find it fits that job.
The build we hold is Photo & Picture Resizer 1.0.375 (APKS split bundle) for Android 8.0 and up.

Rather than typing pixel dimensions, you choose from a list of resolutions drawn from your camera's own resolution. Picking a lower entry in that list reduces the photo's dimensions.
The listing says the resizer maintains the picture's aspect ratio, so a photo keeps its original proportions when it is downsized.
The app also works as a file size reducer. The developer says this cuts the size of the image without losing quality, though that is the listing's own claim.
The summary calls it a batch resizer, so more than one photo can be resized together rather than one at a time.
The listing names text messages, email, web forms, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, Google+, VKontakte and KakaoTalk as places to post a resized photo.
Each resized picture is saved automatically into a separate folder called Pictures/PhotoResizer, so you do not have to save each copy by hand.
