The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Polycam builds 3D models from photographs taken with a phone. The listing names architects, artists, designers, contractors and photographers as the intended users. It is aimed at people who need a physical space or object as a 3D file rather than as a flat image.
The main output is a 3D model that can be used in other computer graphics software. Scanning is described as working on complex objects and whole scenes with fine detail.
The build we hold is Polycam: 3D Model Maker 4.0.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

Capture uses photogrammetry, which reconstructs a 3D shape from a set of overlapping photos. The listing describes the results as ready-to-use 3D assets for any computer graphics application.
Scans can cover single objects or larger scenes. The listing makes no claim about how many photos a scan needs or what conditions suit it.
After a capture, you can crop it to frame the part you want to keep. You can also rotate the model to view it from any angle, and rescale it to change its size.
These are the only editing tools the listing names. It does not describe other modelling or texture tools.
Mesh data exports as OBJ, DAE, FBX, STL or glTF. Colour point cloud data exports as DXF, PLY, LAS, XYZ or PTS. Blueprints export as PNG images or DAE files.
On the listing's account, these exports require Polycam Pro. Viewing and capturing are described without that requirement.
You can share 3D models directly with friends and colleagues. The listing also describes a community where users publish captures and others browse them from around the world.
The listing presents the community as a way to show off scanning work and creative output.
