Porter - Logistics Service App

What the Porter app is used for

Porter - Logistics Service App is a goods transport service run by SmartShift Logistics Solutions Private Limited, which says it has operated since 2014. The app is for arranging the carriage of goods, from one small item to a full household move, in the cities the company serves. The listing names 22 cities across India and says more than 1.5 crore customers have used the service.

It suits anyone who needs goods moved by road, whether that is a single delivery, a regular shipment for a business, or a house move.

Booking trucks and two-wheelers on demand

The on-demand service offers mini trucks, tempos, EVs and two-wheelers. The listing says the range covers bulky consignments as well as everyday items, so the vehicle can be matched to the load.

Trips are point-to-point, from one address to another, and can stay within a single city or cross between cities.

Bulk transport and supply chain for businesses

Porter Enterprise is the offering aimed at companies. The listing describes it for bulk transportation, distribution and supply chain management, so one provider can handle both routine shipments and wider logistics work.

Home packing and relocation

Porter Packers & Movers covers professional packing and moving for homes. The listing presents it as a way to relocate a household without the usual hassle, and gives a penthouse relocation as an example of the larger moves the company handles.
