PowerDirector is a video editor for Android phones. The developer aims it at short vertical videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts, and places basic cutting next to AI tools that generate footage from a photo or a typed prompt.

It suits people who make short social clips on a phone and want either quick automated results or manual control through a multi-track timeline. The listing covers both ends of that range.
