What the NCERT books and solutions app covers

PW Books is an Android app from Physicswallah that gathers NCERT textbooks and their solutions in one place for students in Class 9 to 12. The listing aims it at NEET, JEE Main and CBSE preparation.

The library covers Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Social Science. The listing also includes NCERT books for vocational streams.

Reading NCERT books on a phone

The listing says the books are formatted for smartphone screens, so you can read them without zooming around a PDF. Each book is available in English medium and Hindi, so you can study in either language.

Both language options are described as part of the same library, not as separate downloads.

NCERT solutions for the current syllabus

Solutions are offered for the new NCERT syllabus and new editions, for CBSE and state boards according to the listing. The solutions sit alongside the textbooks for the same subjects.

Vocational stream books are included in the same app.

Listening to NCERT audio books

NCERT audio books let you listen to the textbook content during a commute or travel time. The listing presents this as a way to study away from a desk.

Exam practice for NEET and JEE

The listing's summary names notes, previous-year questions (PYQs), MCQs and exam preparation material for Class 9 to 12. These are aimed at NEET and JEE alongside CBSE exams.
