Prayer times and Athan reminders based on your location
Qibla direction finder for daily Salah
Audio from 75+ reciters, downloadable for offline listening

A Quran reader and prayer companion

Quran Majeed combines a Quran reader, a translation viewer, a set of reciter audio files and a prayer timetable in one app. The listing presents it as a way to build a steady daily habit with the Quran and with Salah.

Reading, listening and prayer tools sit side by side, so the same app covers the text, the sound of a recitation and the times of the five prayers. The listing also names a memorization routine as one of its aims, though it gives no further detail about that part.

Offline reading and translations

The reader works without an internet connection once the text is on the device. The listing says you can choose among several script styles and that the text stays readable at each one.

Translations are available in more than 80 languages. You can show an English translation next to the original Arabic, and the listing says you can compare translations of the same verse against each other.

Prayer times, Athan and Qibla direction

Prayer times are calculated for your location, and the app sends Athan reminders at those times. The Qibla finder points you toward the Kaaba from wherever you are, and the prayer schedule is kept on the main screen for quick checking.

These tools are aimed at the daily Salah routine rather than at occasional use. The listing presents them as things to have within reach each day.

Listening to recitations offline

The audio library includes recitations from more than 75 reciters. You pick the reciter you prefer and play recitation at whatever pace suits you.

Audio can be downloaded in advance and played without a connection, which the listing describes as useful when travelling.
