RecargaPay is a digital wallet and digital bank for people in Brazil. The listing describes it as regulated by the Banco Central. Its main feature is paying Pix with a credit card, so a transfer can be funded by a card rather than by a bank balance.

Sending Pix with a credit card

Credit card, loans and CDB investments
The credit card has no annual fee and offers cashback of up to 2%. The app also offers a personal loan and a payroll-deductible loan (consignado CLT).
Investments are in CDB certificates of deposit, which can be bought from inside the app alongside the account and card.
