🆘 Hold the SOS button for 2 seconds. Your live GPS location is sent by SMS to your emergency contacts instantly — no internet, no server, no account. Everything runs on your device.
RedShield SOS is a personal safety and emergency alert app built for the moment you can't wait for an app to load or a signal bar to appear. If your phone has SMS signal, your alert gets through — even with no data, no WiFi, no internet.
🆘 MANUAL SOS
Hold the button 2 seconds → an SMS with your GPS coordinates and a Google Maps link goes to all your emergency (ICE) contacts instantly.
🤖 AUTO SOS
Automatically triggers an alert if you stop moving for a set time, your battery drops critically low, or both. Quiet hours pause triggers during sleep without turning off protection. Built with a persistent foreground service and alarm/scheduler redundancy to keep working through Android Doze mode and aggressive battery optimization on OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Samsung devices.
📳 SHAKE TRIGGER
Shake your phone twice to fire an SOS alert — even with the screen off. Sensitivity is adjustable.
📍 LIVE GPS SHARING
Share your live location by SMS at set intervals. Falls back to cell tower or WiFi positioning when GPS satellite signal is weak.
🪪 ICE CARD
Store your name, blood group, allergies, medical notes, and up to 3 emergency contacts. A scannable QR code is generated automatically so first responders can access your details if you're unable to speak. Set it as your lock screen wallpaper.
📵 WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE
Alerts are sent as standard SMS — no WiFi, no mobile data, no cloud server required.
🌐 14 LANGUAGES
English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Russian — translated on-device. No data leaves your phone for translation.
🔒 MASTER PIN
Protect your settings with a PIN so nothing gets changed by accident.
🔦 EMERGENCY FLASH
Full-screen strobe to visually signal for help in low-light situations.
📊 TAMPER ALERTS
Get notified of SIM changes or airplane mode being switched on while the app is active — useful in duress situations.
📲 BLUETOOTH TRIGGER
Pair a Bluetooth button to fire SOS hands-free — useful for drivers and cyclists.
🩺 WELLNESS TOOLS
Guided breathing, meditation, and stretch-break reminders, plus calming resources for anyone spending long hours alone.
🛡️ YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No account, no server, no data sharing. Location is used only to build the SMS sent to your own contacts.
Made in India — free, no ads, no subscriptions. Built by an independent developer from Tamil Nadu.
This app is a personal safety companion, not a replacement for official emergency services — always contact local emergency numbers directly when possible.
