RITA: Retailer Tri Indonesia

For Tri retailer work

RITA is a retailer operations app for handling Tri transactions and checking information tied to retailer sales. Its tools are aimed at registered Tri retailers, rather than people looking for a general mobile top-up app.

The app brings sales tasks, stock-related checks, program tracking, and retailer support tools together. A retailer could use it to process a sale, check a voucher or starter card, then look up program progress without switching to a separate retailer tool.

Transactions, cards, and vouchers

Retailers can buy 3sakti online and check how much 3sakti remains for each TRX, or transaction. That gives them a way to review transaction-level balance alongside their online purchases.

For customer sales, the listed options include topping up phone credit or data and topping up online game vouchers. The app also handles unlocking blank or zero data vouchers, which is a separate step from selling a top-up.

For starter-card work, retailers can produce and activate KPK cards. They can also check starter-card or voucher status and look up a KPK call plan. The listing does not explain the specific information shown in those checks.

Programs and retailer tools

A program area shows a retailer's Liga Super Tri level and associated special prices. It also provides figures or status for Balon Hoki, time deposit, and Cuan Max, so retailers can keep tabs on several Tri programs from the same app.

Other tools include resetting a PIN, checking Special Voucher details, and handling 4444 registration. A store finder provides navigation to a nearby 3Store. News banners carry information about retailer programs and updates.

Access and costs

RITA is described as an app for registered Tri retailers, so retailer registration is relevant to using it. The listing does not say whether every feature requires a separate login or explain how registration works.

The store description does not specify a subscription, paid unlock, advertising, or which features might be restricted by payment. It also gives no pricing terms, so those details cannot be confirmed from the listing.
