This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Rock VPN is a fast, secure VPN proxy that hides your IP address, encrypts your traffic and keeps you private on any Wi-Fi network — backed by a strict no-logs policy.
By Kelvin Ooi
Security and privacy editor
Rock VPN is for routing a device's internet traffic through a remote VPN server. The developer says this encrypts traffic and replaces the device's visible IP address with the server's, including on public Wi-Fi.
That makes it relevant to people who want a VPN for browsing on shared networks, or who want websites to see a different IP address. The developer also says it does not record browsing history, traffic contents or DNS queries. Those are the developer's privacy claims, not independently verified details.
The build we hold is Rock VPN: Fast & Secure 3.4.4 (APKS split bundle) for Android 9.0 and up.

The app lists servers across North America, Europe, Asia and other regions. It can measure ping to locations and choose a server automatically, while saved favorites give you a way to keep preferred locations handy.
A built-in IP changer lets you switch the virtual location by connecting through a different server. Streaming and Gaming modes are also offered; the listing says their servers are tuned for those activities, but does not name specific services or games.
The Kill Switch is intended to stop internet traffic if the VPN connection drops. It starts turned off, so it needs to be enabled if you want that protection against traffic continuing outside the VPN.
Split Tunneling lets you select websites to access outside the VPN. The listing gives banking and local services as examples, where using the regular connection may be preferable. The app uses Android's system VPN technology and operates when you activate it.
The listing says some VPN access and features require an active subscription or an in-app purchase. It does not specify the price, identify exactly which features are paid, or explain what is included without payment.
The listing does not say whether an account is required, and it gives no details about advertising. It describes the app as a VPN service, with no separate tools or non-VPN functions specified.
