Rocket Money - Bills & Budgets is a personal finance app that connects to your bank and card accounts so it can read your transactions. You link each account once, and the app keeps tracking spending from there. The developer says it covers subscriptions, budgets, bills and savings in one place.
The main draw on the listing is recurring charges. The app looks through linked transactions for subscriptions you may have forgotten, and lets you cancel them from inside the app. The listing says it can also negotiate lower bills for you.
The build we hold is Rocket Money - Bills & Budgets 16.4.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 9.0 and up.

You can set a monthly budget and follow your spending against it by category. The listing says the app also tracks monthly expenses with the aim of helping you avoid overdrafts.
The listing says some of the budgeting tools are free to start with. Other features are described without a price, so check the listing for details before relying on them.
The developer lists an automatic savings feature, which it calls putting your savings on autopilot. It also lists net worth tracking, which combines your linked balances into one total over time.
Credit score monitoring is listed as a separate feature, so you can follow your score inside the same app that tracks your bills and spending.
Rowan is the app's AI-powered financial assistant, according to the listing. The listing does not describe what Rowan answers or how it is used day to day, beyond saying it is part of the app.
The developer says the app uses bank-level security and privacy protections. That is the developer's claim and has not been independently verified here.
