What Rossy is and who it is for

Rossy - Call Chat & Meet combines live video calling and text messaging in a single app. Each conversation is one-to-one, between you and one other person. The listing describes it as intended for adults and rates it Mature 17+.

You can pick the mode that suits the moment. A video call is the choice when you want a more expressive exchange, and text is the choice when you want something quicker or easier to pick up later.

Starting a one-to-one video call

The listing says a video conversation starts from your phone with one other person at a time. It is presented as a more expressive alternative to typing.

You choose when to begin the call and when to leave it. The developer lists these as your own decisions, not something the app sets for you.

Using text chat alongside video

Text chat is offered as a simple, flexible way to keep talking without a live call. It is the option for short messages or for continuing a conversation after a call.

Both video and text sit in the same app, so switching between them does not require a second service.

Controlling contact and reporting problems

The listing says you decide who can communicate with you. That control applies to both calls and messages.

If someone is unwanted or behaves badly, the app includes blocking and reporting tools. The developer asks everyone to follow the community guidelines and communicate with courtesy.
