Welcome to Rotate Rings — the captivating 3D circle puzzle game designed to challenge your logical mind, relieve stress, and deliver pure brain-boosting fun!

Rotate Rings is a 3D circle puzzle game from Nebula Studio. The board is a set of interlocked rings, and the goal is to turn them until the openings in each ring line up and release the layer beneath.
The developer pitches it at people who want a logic puzzle for short stretches of time, such as a commute, a break at work or a quiet evening at home. Its summary presents it as offline brain training.
You rotate a ring by tapping it and dragging. The listing says the drag is meant to set a ring to one precise angle, not move it in fixed steps.
The build we hold is Rotate Rings 1.1.7 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.1 and up.

Each ring has openings. The open paths have to match across the interlocked circles before the next layer can be unlocked.
Each level starts as a set of tangled loops and locked layers, which you work through one layer at a time. The developer says a good solve takes planning and strategy, and that the aim is to clear each level in the minimum number of moves.
Because the move count is part of the challenge, the order you turn rings in matters as much as the individual turns.
The listing describes the game as something to play during a commute, a break from a busy day or a rest at home. Each level is a self-contained puzzle, so a short session can finish one.
The summary calls the game offline brain training, which is the only place the listing mentions offline play.
