The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Play ProtectRussian offline dictionary with easy and functional interface.

Russian Explanatory Dictionary is for checking Russian vocabulary and keeping a personal record of words. The developer lists more than 151,000 entries, and says the dictionary works offline.
Tap an entry to open its description. The description panel can be made smaller or larger with a swipe, and its text size can be changed. The listing also describes options for changing the app's colors and switching to a night display.
Search filters can narrow results by text at the start or end of a word. If there is no particular word in mind, a random-entry control can bring up one to browse.
Voice recognition lets you search by speaking, while text-to-speech can read a word or selected text aloud. From a word's description, the app also offers ways to search, hear or share selected text, and to share entries with other apps.
Save entries as favorites or organize them in bookmarks. Bookmarks can be renamed and sorted, while notes let you attach your own reminders to words. A history organized by day and month provides another way to return to earlier lookups.
The app also lets you add entries and edit words. You can back up or restore data using a file or Dropbox, and choose which tabs are visible. Settings include controls for clearing bookmark, favorite, note and history records.
The listing describes the dictionary as free and offline, and notes that the dictionary data uses device storage. It does not describe a subscription or paid unlock.
Dropbox is one of the listed backup options, but the listing does not say whether using it requires a Dropbox account. It also does not specify whether the app contains ads, so those details are not clear from the store information.
The build we hold is Russian Explanatory Dictionary 3.0.8.8 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.
