Bearing, altitude, pressure and various location information

Samsung Compass is a compass and outdoor reading tool for Galaxy Watch devices running Wear OS Powered by Samsung. The developer aims it at hiking and camping, where a wrist display can stand in for a separate handheld instrument.
It covers six readings: bearing, incline, altitude, pressure, address, and longitude and latitude. A swipe up from the bottom edge of the full-screen compass brings up the additional information.
Bearing shows the direction you are facing, which is the basic reading for setting a course or checking your heading on a trail. Incline is listed as a separate slope reading shown alongside the heading.
The developer warns that accuracy may drop depending on magnetic fields around the device. Keep the watch away from metal objects or electronics when you need a reliable heading.
Altitude and pressure are the two elevation and air-pressure readings in the app. They are the readings the developer points to for hiking and camping.
Both sit with the heading readings on the watch, so you can check elevation and pressure without leaving the compass.
Address gives the street location where you are standing, and longitude and latitude give the coordinates for the same spot. These are the readings you would use to tell someone where you are or to note a position.
The developer says the address, altitude, pressure and coordinate readings need GPS and a data connection to work normally.
The Compass can be opened directly from a compass tile or a complication on the watch face. That gives you a shortcut to the readings without launching the app first.
The developer notes that location-dependent readings need GPS and a data connection, so check both before you rely on the address or coordinates in the field.
