The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Samsung One UI Home is the official launcher for Galaxy devices, the software that draws your home screen and app drawer. The developer says it was previously called Samsung Experience Home and has been renamed and restyled. It suits Galaxy owners who want the Samsung home screen layout as it comes from the manufacturer.
The launcher is built around two places: a Home screen for widgets and frequently used icons, and an Apps screen for everything installed. The listing describes the design as simple, with icons kept in a tidy arrangement on both.
The build we hold is Samsung One UI Home 14.1.03.43 (APK) for Android 9.0 and up.

Icons on the Home and Apps screens can be moved around to suit how you use the phone. The launcher keeps them in a neat grid, so pages stay orderly as you add or shift apps.
The Home screen also takes widgets, which sit alongside the icons. The listing does not go into the widget types beyond that.
You can hide the navigation buttons at the bottom of the Home screen. Once they are hidden, swipes replace them for moving between apps, and the developer says this leaves a bigger area for the Home screen.
This setting only changes the Home screen. The gesture controls are switched on from the launcher's settings and are described as a way to switch apps quickly.
Turning on Lock Home screen layout, found in Home screen settings, stops pages from being added and stops icons from being moved or removed. The listing presents this as protection against accidental changes to an arranged screen.
Touching and holding an app icon or a widget opens its App info or widget settings screen directly. The developer says this skips the usual menus, so the settings you need are one press away.
