A ninja sword RPG with a revenge story

Shadow Hero: Dark Sword RPG is a ninja-themed action game for Android, built around sword fighting. The listing places the player in a kingdom that has gone corrupt, in the role of a shadowy warrior seeking vengeance and justice.

It suits players who want a sword-focused action game with a story running under the fights. The fights are the main activity, and the plot gives them a reason to keep going.

Sword combat with touch controls

Combat runs on touch input. The developer lists chained combos and acrobatic moves as the main way to defeat enemies, so a fight is a sequence of attacks and movement rather than single strikes.

The developer describes the controls as intuitive. Combat skill is the focus of the game, and the listing treats the combo chain as the core of it.

Levels and enemies in dark environments

The levels move between moonlit rooftops and forgotten catacombs. Each one has its own challenges and hidden secrets to find, according to the listing.

The enemy types are corrupted samurai, grotesque beasts and cunning assassins. The listing says each type calls for a different tactic, so a player faces a changing mix of threats as they move through the levels.

Unlocking blades, armor and abilities

Progression is built around equipment and skills. The listing says players unlock new blades, armor and abilities as they go.

These unlocks let the player shape the shadow warrior toward a preferred combat style, so two players can end up with different builds from the same game.
