Shell GO+ app

What the Shell GO+ loyalty app is for

Shell GO+ is the mobile app for Shell GO+, the loyalty program run by Shell stations and formerly known as Smart Club and allSmart. It suits people who fill up at Shell stations and want those purchases to earn points they can spend in the same app.

Most of the app revolves around three things: a loyalty card, the points it collects, and the rewards those points buy.

Linking a loyalty card or creating a virtual one

You can attach an existing Shell loyalty card to the app, or create a new virtual card inside it. Either way, the card is what points are collected against at Shell stations and at partner businesses in the program.

The app shows your current point balance and a list of recent transactions. It also lets you manage the personal data attached to your account.

Finding Shell stations and using coupons

A station finder locates the nearest Shell station and opens navigation to it. Coupons are personalised to your account and can be redeemed at a Shell station or at selected Shell GO+ partners.

News, offers and rewards marked as exclusive to members are also shown in the app.

Earning points through reviews, games and contests

After a station visit, you can share your opinion of the experience and earn points for doing so. Count to Win, Spin to Win and contests are listed as further ways to win points or prizes.

Spending points on gifts, discounts and the e-shop

Points can be redeemed instantly through the Shell GO+ gift catalogue. The app also links to the allSmart.gr e-shop, where points can be turned into gifts or discounts on purchases.
