Simple Calculator: Math Solver

What this calculator app covers

Simple Calculator: Math Solver combines four tools in one Android app: basic arithmetic, scientific functions, a currency converter and a unit converter. The developer aims it at students, engineers, professionals, travellers and online shoppers.

Each tool sits inside the same app, so a shopping total, a trigonometry problem and a conversion from one currency to another can all be handled without switching apps.

Everyday sums and shopping totals

The basic mode handles addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The listing names daily maths, shopping, billing and quick calculations as its typical uses.

It is the plain counterpart to the scientific mode, so the same app covers a receipt and a more technical calculation.

Trigonometry, logarithms and exponents

The scientific mode adds trigonometric functions (sin, cos, tan), logarithms, exponents and powers. The listing points it at students and engineers who need precise results.

These functions cover the calculations a school or technical course typically involves.

Converting currencies with real-time rates

The currency converter shows real-time exchange rates for more than 150 global currencies. The listing names travellers, online shoppers and people doing finance work as the users it has in mind.

Converting length, mass, temperature and more

The unit converter covers length, area, volume, mass, speed, time and temperature. It lives in the same app as the calculator and the currency converter, so a conversion can be run next to a calculation.
