Solitaire.com - Classic Cards is a digital version of the card game also called Patience. The listing describes it as free to play and playable offline, so a game can be started without a connection.
It is built around the traditional table: cards are dealt into columns, and the goal is to move everything onto the foundation piles. The listing presents it as a way to pass time and keep focus, and it is aimed at people who already know the classic rules.
