The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Sooncar is a taxi booking app for Kazakhstan, aimed at two groups: passengers who want to order a ride, and drivers who take those orders. The developer, METANOIA, TOO, lists more than 50,000 installs on Google Play.
Passengers book a car through the app and drivers receive the request. Both sides can see what the trip will cost and rate each other once it ends.
The developer says the price is now worked out from the distance of the trip. A passenger sees the fare before placing the order, and the developer states that the price does not change during the journey.
The build we hold is Sooncar - отандық такси, карта 1.3.4 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

Passengers choose between Economy, Comfort and Business cars, or use the delivery tariff to send items instead of riding. Registration is short, according to the listing.
Drivers register in the app and choose from orders close to their current position. The listing mentions convenient payment options for drivers, without naming them.
The app keeps a record of completed trips and earnings, so a driver can review past work. Drivers can also leave a rating and a note for the passenger after a trip.
After a trip ends, the passenger rates the driver and can leave a written review. The driver has a parallel rating system and can rate the passenger.
The listing describes a rating system that works in both directions, and says drivers can also take private orders alongside the nearby ones.
The developer built its own map so the app does not rely on foreign mapping services. User data is stored and protected on servers located in Kazakhstan, according to the listing.
The map is the basis for distance-based pricing and for matching nearby drivers to passengers.
