The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

The Steam app is the phone companion to Steam, the PC game storefront run by Valve Corporation. It lets a Steam account holder check the store, follow news, and manage account security from a phone instead of a desktop. The listing rates it Teen and describes the core app as free.
The download and update features act on a PC, since the listing says they manage game downloads and updates to your PC. The phone is the remote control, and the PC does the work.
The build we hold is Steam 3.10.11 (APK) for Android 8.0 and up.

Steam Guard adds two-factor authentication to a Steam account, so a password alone is not enough to sign in. Instead of typing a password on a new device, you can scan a QR code shown on the screen. For regular sign-ins, the app sends a prompt you can approve or deny.
On the Plus tier, the app also lists every device that is signed in to your account. You can see those devices and manage their access.
Item trades and Steam Community Market sales need a confirmation before they go through. The app lets you approve those confirmations from your phone rather than from the PC. The listing says this speeds up trades and sales.
The store browser covers the Steam catalog of PC games, and the listing says it has a layout built for mobile screens on the Plus tier. The Library view shows each game with its content, discussions, guides and support pages in one place.
Notifications can be set for wishlist items, sales, comments, trades, discussions and friend requests. On Plus, a News feed is built from the games in your Library and shows news, events and content updates from publishers and developers.
The listing groups several features under Plus. These include full access to the Steam Community, with groups, Workshop, Market, broadcasts and discussions. You can also see friends, friend activity, screenshots, inventory and wallet.
The Plus set also includes support for signing in to more than one Steam account within the app, and the option to customize which tabs appear in the main navigation.
