What Stretch Guy is and who it suits

Stretch Guy is a Puzzle game from Yso Corp, rated Teen, in which you control an elastic hero through a series of levels full of obstacles. The core action is stretching him, so each level comes down to working out how his body can reach or get past what is in the way. It suits players who want puzzles built around one physical trick.

Using the stretch to clear obstacles

Stretching is the main action in the game. The developer says you use it to overcome obstacles and solve each level's puzzles, bending the hero into different shapes as you go. The listing also says the levels test reflexes as well as problem solving.

Trying different stretch approaches on a level

The developer lists experimenting with different stretching techniques and strategies as the way to find creative solutions to the challenges in a level. Because the puzzles are built around the same stretch action, trying a different approach is how you work through a problem that is not yet solved.

Levels across settings that get harder

The listing describes environments that range from bustling cities to treacherous landscapes, with each setting bringing its own obstacles. The levels are presented as a series that becomes more difficult, each one meant to push stretching to its limit. The developer also describes the overall run as a set of levels that test your skill across that increase in difficulty.
