What Strivee is for and who it suits
Strivee is a workout logging app for people who train at a Box, the term the listing uses for the gym members attend. It is built around the WOD, or workout of the day, and gathers scores, personal records and past sessions in one place.
According to the listing, the app connects directly to your Box, so the day's WOD and the daily ranking are available without being entered by hand. It suits Box members who record WOD scores and want them tied to their Box's daily workout.
Logging WOD scores and personal records
Scores for each WOD are entered in the app. The developer says a score can be added, and a user's progress updated, in less than 30 seconds.
Personal records, or PRs, can be logged alongside WOD scores. The listing presents PR logging as a core part of the app, next to progress tracking.
Daily WOD and ranking from your Box
Because the app is connected to your Box, it brings in that Box's WOD for the day. The daily ranking is listed as a separate item that appears with it.
The WOD comes through the Box connection rather than being typed in by the member, based on the listing's wording.
Creating your own WODs
Members can build their own WODs inside the app, in addition to the one their Box provides. The listing treats this as its own feature.
A workout written this way can be kept in the same record as the Box's workouts, so both sit in one history.
Reviewing progress and workout history
The listing names two ways to look back over training: a progress view and access to the history of your workouts. Progress is shown as your results change over time.
History covers the workouts you have logged, so earlier scores and PRs can be checked against recent ones.
Friends and staying connected to your Box
The listing's summary says the app lets users challenge friends on logged WOD scores. It also describes keeping members closer to their Box.
Challenges and the Box connection are both described in the same listing, so the app presents them as parts of one experience.
