You play the only Sword Master in this world, fighting for peace after an empire betrays its own side. The story has you rebuilding the war-torn Kingdom of Lanis alongside Cain's party, including Winter, an imugi who wants to become a dragon. Hero collection is the core loop, so the game is as much about who you bring along as how you fight.
