What this illustrated muscle atlas is
This is a reference atlas of the human musculoskeletal system. The listing credits Dr. Joseph E. Muscolino as its author.
The developer pitches it at people who need a working grasp of anatomy for professional practice, and at students working through the subject.
Muscle coverage and illustrations
The listing describes detailed coverage of muscles, with thousands of illustrations. Each muscle is covered in the atlas's drawings rather than in a short written list.
The developer calls the approach highly visual, so the pictures are the main way the material is presented.
Bones of the human body
The atlas also details the bones, which the listing places alongside the muscles as part of the same subject.
Taken together, the muscle and bone content is meant to show how the two systems fit together across the whole body.
Studying anatomy with visual material
The listing says the visual approach is meant to make musculoskeletal anatomy easier and more engaging to study. It links that goal to building the anatomical understanding needed in practice.
The listing describes this version as a fully functional trial.
