What the planner replaces and who it suits
The developer presents this as a replacement for a set of separate tools: a calendar, to-do lists, a habit tracker, a timer, an alarm and a notepad. Everything sits in one app, with the schedule as the main view.
The listing aims it at people who write down far more tasks than they finish, and at people who cannot tell where their day went. The developer also names the use cases it is built around, which include early wake-ups, drinking water, cutting down on smoking, checking email less often, and making room for hobbies and family.
Planning the day on a timeline
The schedule can be viewed as a timeline or grouped into parts of the day. Tasks can be marked with a priority, and reminders can be set in several different types.
Categories nest in a hierarchy, with subcategories under each one. Each category can be given its own icon and color, which makes it easier to tell work blocks from personal ones at a glance.
Tracking where the time goes
Time tracking uses bubbles, which the listing describes as the way to log activity during the day. A stopwatch, a countdown and a general timer are listed as Pro version features, alongside a widget for quick access.
The Pro version also lists unlimited, detailed statistics that compare what you expected to spend time on with what you actually did. Subtasks can be nested over multiple levels, and a set of filters is included, though the listing gives no further detail on the filters.
Alarms, notes, calendar import and backup
The alarm is paired with a captcha, which the developer offers as a way to fight procrastination: you must solve it before the alarm can be dismissed. Notes support rich formatting for longer text attached to the day's plan.
Events can be imported from Google Calendar, and a moon calendar is included. The listing also mentions a backup feature for keeping a copy of your data.
What's new
* Logged activities can be moved and resized in Schedule tab
* Filters in Logging tab are revised and search by text added
* New default value for scheduled activity - "event type"
