Tipsy Chat is an AI roleplay app built around fictional worlds drawn from anime, games and fantasy. You can chat with characters that already exist in the app or make new ones, and the conversations shape the story as they go. It suits people who like writing their own adventures and want a partner that answers in character.
The app is rated 14+ and sits in the Entertainment category. Its listing describes it as an AI stories and RPG app.
The build we hold is Tipsy: Live Your Story 1.4.13 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

You can create original characters and set each one's personality, art style, voice and backstory. The listing gives anime-inspired heroes and mysterious fantasy figures as examples of what you might build. Each character is meant to hold its own role in the conversations you start with it.
The tools are aimed at shaping a character's identity rather than only its appearance. Voice and backstory are set on the character itself, so the same character keeps them from one chat to the next.
Conversations with a character run as an interactive chat, and the listing also offers immersive voice calls with your favourite characters. Voice calls are a separate way to talk, using the voice you set for that character. Both modes let the story move forward through what you say.
Chats can produce pictures and clips as you talk. Real-time image and video generation runs inside the conversation, so visuals appear alongside the story rather than in a separate tool.
ScenePlay mode is the app's cinematic storytelling option. It presents a scene with interactive choices and dynamic visuals, so the story branches depending on what you pick. It is the closest the app gets to a guided, scene-by-scene adventure.
Character diaries and story moments unlock as your journey with a character progresses. New interactions open up over time, which gives a long-running character more to reveal than a single session.
