Toca Boca Jr: Fun Kids Games

What the bundle contains and who it is for

Toca Boca Jr is a single app that gathers three games from the Toca Boca range, aimed at children aged 2 to 8. The listing places it in the Simulation category and rates it for all ages.

The developer describes the games as open-ended play, where children create, build and explore. It says the games are meant to build problem-solving and self-expression, though those are the developer's claims rather than anything tested here.

Dance games: costumes, stages and music videos

The dance game lets a child dress characters up, pick costumes and set the stage. Children can form a squad and make music videos, which the listing says are meant to be shared with friends.

Cooking for hungry characters in the kitchen game

The kitchen game has children create, cook and serve food to a set of hungry characters. The food can be tasty or deliberately not, and the play is in watching which dishes each character likes.

Exploring the periodic table in the lab game

The lab game covers all 118 elements of the periodic table, so a child can explore each one. The listing presents it as early STEM learning for preschool and young school-age children.
