1. Added OCR licence plate scanning to quickly capture plate numbers using the camera or manual entry. 2. Licence details are now validated against the Transport Authority database before trip creation. 3. Trips allowed for licences expired within 90-day grace period; trips blocked if expired over 90 days or vehicle not found. 4. UI update: Removed the Drive Safe App link from the Welcome screen.
