Social network and marketplace for vinyl record collectors.
Senior reviews editor
VinilS is a social network for people who collect physical records. It combines a personal catalogue, a follower feed and a marketplace where collectors buy and sell pressings with each other. It suits anyone who wants to log what they own, follow other collectors and trade discs in one place.
Most of the app sits around the record itself: you add a disc, follow people who collect similar music, and move from their posts to the marketplace or an auction for a copy you want.
The build we hold is VinilS 2.4.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

To add a record, you photograph its cover and the app's AI recognition identifies the album. The developer lists this as the main way to register discs, so you do not have to type each title by hand.
Each record in the collection can carry detailed information about the album, and the collection is organised so you can see everything you own in one list.
Following other collectors fills a feed with their news. You can publish posts about your favourite discs, and other members can like and comment on them.
The listing also describes discovery through people rather than charts: new artists and albums come up through what other collectors own and post, which is how the feed is meant to surface music you had not heard of.
The marketplace lets you list records for sale and buy them through a checkout that accepts PIX and credit card. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, so the buyer sees the delivery cost before paying.
Buyers and sellers both build a rating and reputation from completed trades. Rare records can also be sold through auctions, where you follow bids as they change in real time.
Chat connects you directly with collectors and sellers, with messages delivered in real time, so questions about a pressing can be settled before a purchase or bid.
Sellers go through identity verification before they trade. The developer states that personal data is encrypted and that the app follows Brazil's LGPD data protection law.
If a purchase goes wrong, the app has a dispute system with mediation, which the listing names as the route for resolving problems between buyer and seller.
